Die Regierung von Friedenreich

Friedenreich is a constitutional duel monarchy. Lead by two kings and a council. Every member of the council must have served in the military for 35 years. The monarchs are appointed for lifetime terms or until they are defeated in battle and lose their review trial in front of the council. The monarchs must come form the military officers and must be well read in philosophy, military tactics, and must have shown their military valour and prowess and leadership skills in battle. All of these men were chosen very early in their military careers to train in specialized schools for political leadership. Only form these schools can come government officials. The kings make all domestic decisions with the ratification of the council . All the martial decisions come from both the kings approval . Only they can make policy but they can be advised by any Friedenleute.
